| Make sure your mower has ALL of the following information or CALL us! | BRIGGS & AND STRATTON 23 HP 724cc ENGINE
445577-0755-E1 (445577-0755 or 4455770755 or 4455770755E1)
and this PRODUCT NUMBER may be found under the mower's seat:

Your engine choke may be (double check): SEPARATE MANUAL CHOKE (Mower needs 2 control cables, 1 for choke and 1 for throttle)
If after checking your engine/mower choke and the above is correct, your 1st option is to buy a SEPARATE MANUAL CHOKE engine or 2nd option READY START engine.
If the 1st or 2nd engine option is not available here, you can buy a CHOKE/THROTTLE COMBINED engine here and you may be able to connect your mower's throttle cable to the engine's control to do both choke and throttle. After connecting your mower throttle control cable to the engine's CHOKE/THROTTLE COMBINED control, the engine will be choked if you push the mower throttle control lever all the way up before starting the engine. After the engine started you will pull the throttle control lever down a little bit to get to full throttle or at the any level for your desired engine speed.

| As always, if in doubt or the information here is not correct, please contact us FIRST. Your current engine on your mower may looks similar to one of the Reference Pictures below. |
NOTICE: Look for option 1 or 2. If not, try option 3. Here are the options: - If you buy a SEPARATE MANUAL CHOKE engine, you will need to install a mower choke cable control on your mower if it does not have one.
- If you buy a READY START (auto choke) engine here (if available) you won't have to worry about choking the engine manually.
- If you buy a CHOKE/THROTTLE COMBINED engine, you may be able to connect your mower's throttle cable to the engine's control to do both choke and throttle.
