Your old engine must have the same crankshaft size as the new replacement engine. PLEASE contact us with your engine MODEL and TYPE numbers if you are not sure about your engine's crankshaft size. You can always measure the crankshaft size.

    VERY IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING):

    This is a very standard and universal for BRIGGS and STRATTON with same VERTICAL crankshaft size. If your engine looks similar to this, has same 1” Dia. x 3.157” Crankshaft and you don't care about the HP difference, you can use this engine.

    This engine has a Dual Alternator (*only works for mower with manual blade engagement, engaging blades by pulling/pushing a lever or stick). It WILL NOT work for mower with a electric PTO. If your mower has a button to pull to engage the blades, it means the mower has PTO Electric Clutch to run the blades. Engine needs at least 9 AMP to run PTO. Please do not buy this.
