VERY IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING):
- Make sure your current engine has 1 main crankshaft and same size
and it does not have a secondary PTO (smaller shaft). If you see a
double pulley to run 2 belts (1 belt to run the wheels, other belt to
run the auger) on the same main crankshaft, it is very much likely that
your engine only have 1 crankshaft.
- This is a great replacement engine for many SNOW TECUMSEH engines that have SAME HORIZONTAL CRANKSHAFT SIZE.
- Mounting patterns (4 holes in the base) are the same with all 8-11 HP Tecumseh Snow Engines
- This horizontal crankshaft engine WILL NOT replace a vertical crankshaft engine
